Procedure to apply Windows Server 2003 hotfix: KB921411

(1) When using the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD

1. Log on to the system with a user account that has administrative privileges (such as an administrator).

2. Insert the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD into the optical disk drive.

Tips

If you are installing with the Windows Server 2003 CD-ROM, which contains

Service Pack 2, proceed to step 8.

3. Select Run from the Start menu, and then execute the following command:

Optical disk drive letter:\020\win\winnt\dotnet\qfe\enu\kb921411.exe

4. When the following message appears, click [OK].

After this, continue installation according to the onscreen messages.

5. When the following message appears, be sure to click [Finish] to restart the system.

Note

If the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD is inserted, remove it immediately.

6. Log on to the system with a user account that has administrative privileges (such as an administrator).

7. Insert the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD into the optical disk drive.
