There are some cases that an event log is registered as follows when you install Windows
Server 2003 x64 Editions:

Category: Error
Event ID: 10016
Description: The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM server application with CLSID {555F3418-D99E-
4E51-800A-6E89CFD8B1D7} to the user {NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL
SERVICE} SID {S-1-5-19}.
This security permission can be modified using the component Services
administrative tool.
→ It is not a problem in operating the system.
There are some cases that an event log is registered as follows when you install Windows
Server 2003 x64 Editions:

Category: Warining
Event ID: 5603
Description: A provider, Rsop Planning Mode Provider, has been registered in the WMI
namespace, root\RSOP, but did not specify the HostingModel property. This
provider will be run using the LocalSystem account. This account is
privileged and the provider may cause a security violation if it does not
correctly impersonate user requests. Ensure that provider has been reviewed
for security behavior and update the HostingModel property of the provider
registration to an account with the least privileges possible for the required
functionality.
→ It is not a problem in operating the system.

Root\WMI, to use the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged and
the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly
impersonate user requests.
